Al Ahly Sabbour Developments has entered into a contract with MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development to develop a 181-acre plot of land in Mostakbal City, located in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
This initiative is part of Al Ahly Sabbour’s strategy to expand its land portfolio and introduce a mixed-use project in the area. The decision is driven by customer demand and the growing popularity of Mostakbal City as a distinguished investment destination, particularly due to the plot’s prime location in one of the city’s beautiful and prestigious areas.
