Essam Nasef, Chairman and CEO of El Mostakbal for Urban Development confirmed the signature of a contract between El Mostakbal for Urban Development, the owner and Master Developer of “Mostakbal City” and “El Motatawera for Educational Services” and it is one of the largest companies specialized in an educational development project inside “Mostakbal City”
Eng. Nasef has ensured that his company is very keen on dealing with serious and ambitious real estate developers from all specialties (Residential, Educational, Medical, Commercial, Administrative and Recreational) Also those who possess the financial resources to execute the company’s plan in developing an integrated project.
Both parties are responsible for serving residents and Nasef has added that this new educational project in Mostakbal City is the third educational project after “Rabwa for Integrated Education Services as well as an international university that will be developed on the land of “Bloomfields” project that is being developed by “Tatweer Misr.” El Mostakbal For Urban Development has confirmed that it does all that is in its ability to provide all the needs and gives full support and removes all barriers for the developers especially because it has a deadline to host its first resident by 2020.
