Midar and Mountain View sign a contract to open a guarantor bank account for the ALIVA project.

Midar Investment and Urban Development and Mountain View Real Estate Development have announced the signing of a contract to open an escrow account with Arab African International Bank.

This step is part of the partnership agreement for the ALIVA project, which spans 638 acres in Phase IV of Mostakbal City, East Cairo.

The contract was signed at Midar's headquarters in the presence of Ayman El-Kousy, CEO of Midar; Amr Suleiman, Founder and Chairman of Mountain View; Wael Lotfy, Co-CEO of Mountain View; and Amani Samir, Head of Corporate and Institutional Sector at Arab African International Bank.
