Cornerstone Real Estate Development has signed a partnership agreement with Midar Investment and Urban Development to develop 60 acres in Mostakbal City, New Cairo.
In this regard, Engineer Ayman El-Kousy, CEO of Midar, stated that the collaboration with Cornerstone is part of Midar’s commitment to working with serious companies that bring innovative ideas and expertise to the Egyptian market. He emphasized that both parties aim to deliver a project featuring the latest construction technologies and sustainability elements, adding significant value to the Egyptian market.
El-Kousy also highlighted that Mostakbal City represents the future urban expansion of East Cairo. It is the largest integrated, eco-friendly community being developed over 5,200 acres in the area.
