Mercato

Mercato is the first & largest integrated service area in “Mostakbal City”. It spans over an area of 22 acres in the third phase to meet all the needs of the city’s residents and neighborhood area. Mercato will be developed in two phases, with the first phase set to open in the end of Q1 2025.

It includes a police point, a fire station, a commercial market, a mass transit bus station, a celebration hall, and a restaurant area that includes the most famous international brands, it also includes the first mosque in “Mostakbal City”, which is “Al-Moezz” Mosque, extending over an area of 2.3 acres including its services, and can accommodate 2800 worshipers.
