قال فتح الله فوزي، رئيس مجلس الادارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة ” المستقبل” ، فى حوارلـ” البورصة” إن الشركة فى إطار التعاقد حاليا مع شركة ” الأهلى للتنمية العقارية”التى تمت ترسية مزايدة نظمتها الشركة لبيع 80 فداناً، وتوقع توقيع عقود البيع خلال شهرين على أقصى تقدير، بعد حسم مصير قطعة الأرض الملاصقة لها بمساحة 110 أفدنة، وهما قطعتان مخصصتان لبناء العمارات السكنية للمزيد
فتح الله فوزي: تخفيض سعر الأراضي يزيد الإقبال على الوحدات السكنية
أكد فتح الله فوزي، رئيس شركة المستقبل العقارية، أن قيمة الأرض تصل إلى 50% من قيمة المنشأة السكنية، مضيفًا أن مركز «بحوث الإسكان» يسعى للوصول إلى مساكن قليلة التكلفة إلا أنه لم يصل إلى أية حلول، وأوضح أن تقليل سعر الأرض إلى 25% سيقلل من أسعار الوحدات السكنية. للمزيد
